The Game Working Committee of the China Audio and Digital Association today released its monthly report on the Chinese game industry in January 2025. The actual sales revenue of the Chinese game market was 31.077 billion yuan, an increase of 7.54% quarter-on-quarter and 27.65% year-on-year;
The actual sales revenue of China's self-developed games in the domestic market was 25.655 billion yuan, an increase of 7.87% quarter-on-quarter and 28.14% year-on-year;
The actual sales revenue of China's mobile game market was 22.97 billion yuan, an increase of 7.75% quarter-on-quarter and 29.87% year-on-year;
The actual sales revenue of China's client game market was 6.671 billion yuan, an increase of 9.57% quarter-on-quarter and 19.11% year-on-year;
The actual sales revenue of China's self-developed games in overseas markets was 1.675 billion US dollars, an increase of 2.72% quarter-on-quarter and 28.65% year-on-year;
The actual sales revenue of China's e-sports game market was 14.627 billion yuan, an increase of 14.25% quarter-on-quarter and 19.37% year-on-year.
